Instructions:
Pre-cooking Preparation
First, finely chop all the fruits together. Leave them aside in a covered container and don’t forget to unbind the pomegranate seeds into a cup.
Mixing
Take a bowl, and pour 500gm of fresh curd, add roasted cumin powder, black pepper, salt, and sugar into it. Whisk it well to make a creamy texture of this. Then add the crushed ginger and whisk it again for a while. Finally add the fruits and coconut together, mix them smoothly with a help of a spatula and serve the gooey, grumpy, tasty, mouth-watering PACHEDI with some freshly steamed or chopped coriander/curry leaves.
