Instructions:
For Dosa:
Step 01:
Firstly, soak all the ingredients listed for over night or minimum 5 to 6 hours.
Step 02:
Blend the soaked mixture with 1 small piece of ginger. Maintain the consistency by adding water accordingly. Leave it for next 3-4 hours minimum.
Step 03:
Transfer the batter into a bowl and add onions and coriander leaves and salt. Mix well to combine everything.
Step 04:
Heat the pan and brush it with oil. Then pour one ladle of prepared batter to make the dosa. Flip it to cook from other side. And then serve hot.
For Peanut Chutney:
Step 01:
Add all the ingredients of chutney into the blender and blend until smooth.
Step 02:
Serve the chutney with dosa and enjoy!!
