Pre- cooking paration steps
Take a bowl, and pour a cup of buckwheat /kuttu flour to it. Add roasted cinnamon powder, black pepper, pink salt, and sugar into it. Mix them well. Then add mashed bananas and water, whisk them together to make a runny batter for pancake. You can add a pinch of baking powder just to carry that fluffy texture or else you can skip this step.
Cooking
Place a pan on flames, warm it up for a while and sprinkle/ brush a tsp of oil all over the pan. Now pour a big ladle full of batter onto the lightly heated pan or griddle over medium – high heat. Cook for a few minutes, flip with a spatula, and cook for another few minutes (until each side is golden brown).
Serve
Serve your banana pancake immediately, with or without your favorite seasoning. Repeat this for others
