Instructions:
Step 01:
Gather the grated ginger and extract the juice by squeezing it properly by hand or by pitcher. Discard the pulp.
Step 02:
Do the same for mint.
Step 03:
Then add lemon juice, water, ice cubes and honey and mix well and serve chilled.
NOTE: Squeezing the ginger by hand can irritate your skin, especially if you have any cuts. Alternatively, you can use a nut milk bag or a squeezer.
