Instructions:
Step 01:
Mix 1 tbsp of besan in 2 cups of yogurt well and let it sit aside.
Step 02:
Take a pan. Add 1 tbsp of oil to heat. On heating, add cumin, mustard, fennel and hing. Let them pop a bit.
Step 03:
To that, add roughly chopped onions, green chillies and curry leaves. Let a cook for 6-7 minutes. To that all the other spices like turmeric, coriander powder, chili powder and salt. Mix well
Step 04:
Now add the besan and yogurt mix to the pan and stir. Let it shimmer for 5-7 minutes. Finish it by adding some garam masala to it.
