Instructions:
Step 01:
To a saucepan, add ghee and cumin seeds. Then let them sizzle.
Step 02:
Now add the green chilli, onion, ginger and garlic. Sauté for 2 minutes, until the onion are little translucent.
Step 03:
Add tomato and all the spices. Mix well.
Step 04:
If anything is stuck to the bottom of the pot, deglaze it by adding water and then add the mixed vegetables and oats. Mix well.
Step 05:
At this point you can either transfer the content to a pressure cooker and cook it there for 10 minutes or you can cook the same pot for at least 10- 15 minutes
Step 06:
After the vegetables and oats are smooth enough, we can add lime juice and mix well and garnish with coriander leaves.
