Instructions:
Cooking
Take a Pan and dry roast the singhara flour on it for 4 minutes on low flame. Then add a cup of curd to it and mix the batter continuously, make sure about the lumps and cook the batter till all water is vaporized out from the mixture and add spices like cardamom, black pepper and sugar again mix them evenly. Check the consistency for a sticky appearance.
Plating
Take a steel plate. Spread one tsp of ghee on it then spread a thin layer of singhara porridge on plate. Now spread a tsp of shredded coconut and sesame on it. Allow it to dry. Cut the sheets with the knife and roll them into the shape of khandvi.
Tempering
Take a tadka pan, add 2tsp of ghee. Add the cumin seeds , curry leaves and split green chilli, after the splattering sound pour it above the khandvis. Then serve them with fresh coriander leaves on top
