Instructions:

- Blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add more milk to reach your desired consistency.
- Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey.
- Pour the smoothie into glasses and add ice cubes if desired.
- Add 1 tsp-Soaked Chia seeds.
- You can garnish the smoothie with a sprinkle of crushed walnuts
