"Snack Smarter, Not Harder: A Guide to Choosing Nutritious and Satisfying Options"
Most of times when we are done with our lunch, we feel like munching on something, maybe a cup of coffee/tea, snacks, confectionaries or possibly anything of one bite size. What we eat between our meals is usually called snacks. They can be of any kind, as discussed above. But mostly it is taken when our stomach starts growling in between our meals. Snacking can be of many kinds like:
- Hungry snacking
- Emotional snacking
- Celebrations
- Social snacking (parties and gathering)
- Looks and smell (just an urge to taste something).
